Privacy
Carefully, minimally, and only for the purpose you gave it to us. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
Effective July 14, 2026
The only personal information 131 Analogue collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, a description of your project, and how you heard about us. We don't require accounts, we don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and this site doesn't set cookies.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers them to our business email. Formspree handles your submission according to its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io. Our hosting provider, DreamHost, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations, as nearly all web hosts do.
We use what you submit for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you become a client, scoping and delivering your project. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing. We won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
We keep inquiry and project correspondence for as long as it's needed to serve you and to maintain ordinary business records. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we'll take care of it promptly.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Questions about any of it are welcome through the contact form.
